Happy New Year to those who celebrate. Many rabbits and plot bunnies, as needed.

And hoppy birthday to kickinpants, whom I first met made the acquaintance of ten years ago around this time, and have *met* precisely twice since then. This strikes me as strange, and then I feel old, until I reflect that one could do the same thing in the 18th and 19th centuries-- correspond for decades with someone you rarely or never saw face to face-- with no oddness at all. Hope it's a good one, T, whatever.

Did the card arrive, BTW? Forgot that anything to Seattle requires two weeks, as to Singapore, and had to send it special delivery so as to have it get there before Valentine's Day.
