MJJ and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Year
OK we get it. 2008 wants the Gold for record precipitation. Well, 2008 has it. You can stop trying.
I won't complain about the cool and the lack of screaming by Ontario Hydro to Turn it down or we'll have BLACKOUTS, though I will complain about the ohh guess what BLACKOUTS Hydro arranges the day before statutory holidays (last three, IIRC.) I will admit the rainy summer has led to a riot of flora rarely seen outside BC, which is very pretty, and a bumper crop of plums on the backyard tree which led to the s-i-l making a dozen jars of plum jam, and snails everywhere you look, which is doubtless good for the soil or something.
But the rain? The pressure headaches? The twinging arthritic knees?
