On the up side, the spasmodic cough has pretty much vanished thanks, I assume, to the Very Expensive Prescription Nasal Spray.

On the down, the sore throat and gunky lungs are back, thanks to the tripled seasonal allergies. Will still count this as gain.

But dear lord I am tired.

As for thickness, the thin stuff gives me spasming coughs, the thick stuff gives me sore throats. No accounting for physiology.

Well, if deep solid sleep is the result, go cpap. I sleep that way anyway for the half year I'm on antihistamines.
