(no subject)

Saw the surgeon and the surgeon's assistant, both of whom are absolutely delighted at my range of motion, the latter of whom assured me that the knee would go on panging and feeling hot and not be as strong as before for another six weeks. Patience, patience. Surgeon says I must keep walking as much as possible and I did not say Dude it's winter and you can see I still have to use a walker. Got my taxi to drop me off at Fiesta and walked home, and though Sunday's snow has gone from most houses, the two places where it wasn't were not fun to push the rollator over. Hoping the bicycle machine will count for something instead.

I need new sports bras because the ones I have are all stretched out. Had to order online and ordered the same size as the last I bought some time in the oughties when I was thirty pounds heavier than now. Had not realized that one was a hook and eye closing, which was bad enough, but it's also two sizes too small. The other fits, barely. So have ordered again, this time making sure it's cotton and not nasty lycra, and I hope have ordered large enough. They don't do cup size with these, just band, so I don't have my hopes up.

Rain and snow tomorrow and heavy winds. Shall cab it to physiotherapy and back, and not walk anywhere.
