Monday, January 3rd, 2022 11:16 amI know I had an interrupted night but on finally waking I'd forgotten I had? and only now remember that there was a power outage that stopped my white noise machine for what seemed a while, and at least one leg cramp, and one bathroom trip in the dark. Maybe I never totally woke up. Maybe also why I'm slightly more limber than any time recently. Deep sleep freezes everything.
My garage tenant has failed to show up on or near the first. He has a phone but is very proud that he has no text options, while I hate phones, and especially phones of people who may be down with covid. Also because of a series of postponed operations and me not telling him about postponed operations (see phone, above) he hasn't been by since September. (He thought I'd be hors de combat at the end of October and I was hors de combat at the end of November, so he said he'd show up at the end of December.) Johnson mind, or rather Darte mind, or to be perfectly honest Verzieux mind because it comes from my grandmother, runs 'what if he's dead' disaster scenarios. Well, if he is, his executors will have to deal with what's in my garage.
