Toronto is not nice to my guests

petronia came back unsodden on account of having cabbed it from the AGO, but we stayed indoors anyway. Then today it stopped raining and was grey and mild(ish and we went out to dinner in Koreaville, and then it was snowing again as she left to catch the streetcar to the airport and I came home.
A week ago feels like it happened in another month in another year, which it did, yes; but far far longer ago even than the usual stretched holiday time. Visitors do add largeness to the world. Which I'm sure will contract at once as soon as I walk into work tomorrow, alas.
