Techy problem. I'm using my mail server's web interface (because I've forgotten their address or whatever that would allow me to set up OE.) Japanese messages from online bookstores come coded in ISO-2022-JP. OE displays them no trouble. On the web they're mojibake gobbledegook. I have ISO-2022-JP added to my Firefox encodings (IE doesn't give you that option) and auto-detect on (I think- the ambiguity of that feature is famous), but it still registers as mojibake. Anyone have any idea why?
