Monday, April 7th, 2008 07:15 pmSome little spammer is very very busy out there. 82 messages to my inbox this afternoon, 172 to my spam filter, in three languages, one of which I don't speak (Russian), all of them of the 'Undelivered mail: return to sender', 'Mailer daemon: Unable to deliver' sort, and all of them using a version of my email address that hasn't been active for five years if not longer- the takeover before the takeover before last.
Not all of them are flogging rolex watches but an awful lot are.
And I wish they'd stop. Or that I could convince the faceless giant that swallowed my provider to simply declare that address dead. (Though spam reaches me that has nothing like my email address on it too.)
