Why is flipping lj logging me out every time I exit firefox, even though I tick their stupid 'remember me' box every time I log in? IE remembers who I am. What's firefox's problem? Was it a mistake to tick 'remember this password' when firefox prompted me?

And for my next technically clueless question, it seems lj provides you with an inbox of all comments mailed to you. I currently have 504 entries in there. If I delete the comment from the inbox, is it also deleted from the thread as well? lj isn't telling, naturally.

Third and last: is there a filter that blocks certain lj users always? So that you don't see their entries on other people's FLs or in other people's comments or anywhere? Because, though it pains me to say it, my FL occasionally has distressing taste in friends. The same three offenders are flipping everywhere I go and I would dearly love to be spared their self-important yammering.
