So pleased at no hunger headache before or post-sedation wobbliness after procedure, and general clear-headedness and well-being in spite of little sleep. Yesterday evening prepped an entire basket of strawberries (short-season Ontario ones, hence over-ripe, but so much better than imported) to go on morning cereal, a task I usually avoid. Then couldn't find them anywhere this morning.
Of course I'd put them in the freezer.
Ah well, I suppose I can make granitas from them, once I google granita.

I like to dump in some of greek yogurt sometimes, that probably acts like banana or ice cream in terms of a binder. This year's smoothie of choice is 1 ripe peach, 1/3 pkg frozen spinach or kale, small amount of orange juice or water just to get the blender moving.
I'm wondering if throwing oat and wheat bran in there would work. It probably would but would make things gritty.
