I was wondering at the dearth of same. OTOH given what snow plows do best-- create mini-Alps at every corner-- am not sad to see so little of them.

It's the high of 5 day after tomorrow that haunts me. Where are my hip-high waders when I need them?

Snow must stop and at least 8cm/3in must have fallen (http://www.toronto.ca/transportation/snow/) (on non "main" streets) :p

Rob Ford's Toronto: four wheels good, two legs bad. But they want us to take the transit, and get off the bus into the three feet of snow churned up by the snow plough.
