The ideal hot weather writer turns out to be Banana Yoshimoto. How odd.

The pound drops and I feel tempted to go to England one last time to see things like the Brit.Mus, and possibly make it to things I never saw, like Stonehenge. But that won't happen any time soon- probably not till late autumn- and who knows what will happen to the pound in the interim, to say nothing of knees?
