(Though I agree with petronia and everyone else that they really wouldn't be fighting. She would invite him to supper and be pleasantly surprised by his manners.)
I've been enjoying the cage matches. GRR Martin cracks me up with the little vignettes he's written for his character's matches (Jaime vs. Hermione, and then Jaime vs. Cthulhu). And definitely voted for Temeraire in both rounds, though agreed, I can't see him fighting Polgara.....
I voted for the dragon of course although I can only see them really debate several issues as opposed to physical 'battle it out' either magically or otherwise.
BUT the little me likes to think that the wise woman will be humbled and enamored of the dragon that ... no question really as to who would 'win'. ^
