Have started the Hundred Thousand Kingdoms. Have a feeling I'm not supposed to conflate Sieh with Enki from Twelve Kingdoms. Ah well. No doubt they'll straighten themselves out in time.
Yup, kirin, one of the odd ones that accidentally got born in Japan rather than the 12K epicentre, so grew up thinking he was a human. Is maybe why he's so mouthy to his king. Young as these things go- about 500 years old. Will live longer but never look any older than now.
