Did arm exercises last night, the actual prescribed number of reps. Arms screamed all today. Never believe a physiotherapist.

Would be nice if karma worked like that. Alas, one must wait for the next incarnation, when everyone's forgotten why this is happening. Like, maybe *I* was the physiotherapist last time.
