One of the downsides of living in Canada is that I can't use anyone else's services (fujisan, jamall, et al) because they're US based and use shipping companies, not mail, to deliver parcels across the border. And if Customs happens to look at your parcel (they look at everything Purolator and Fedex sends, I've been told) Purolator and Fedex charge you 25-30 dollars for doing the paperwork. So amazon.jp it is, because they ship via a small delivery company that usually passes under customs' radar.
