One of my fave kinds of story is the Goujun Goes Home one- basically, stories that provide a background settei for how dragons live. The possibilities are so many and varied and intriguing. Things Unspoken is one of the best I've ever seen. There are dragons and snake spirits all over Asia. Why *wouldn't* they be diplomatically/ socially involved?

Thank you so much for the rec, that was so beautiful and the pairing was really, really nice (I never really thought about it to be honest) I thought it was rather beautiful in an aesthetic way.
