First acupuncture appointment in three months scheduled for tomorrow. Thought I might walk there because sidewalks are dry so of course it snowed this evening. Not sure if there are snow berms along Bloor St because if there are they'll be ice berms and I won't be able to get over them with just my walking stick. Doubtless there's a workaround.

And first massage in almost two years on Wednesday. I behin to feel more like myself just in prospect, and hope this will ultimately ease the back pain that makes it hard to walk even with the walker.
