I've put the bike up a notch, also discovered that if I bike flat out the speed goes up to 15 whatevers an hour . Milesm I assume, since it's presumably an American-made machine. Whatever, it gets the heart rate up for the brief bursts I can do it in.
Weather has cooled down again. I know that my memory goes wonky when we see-saw between hot and cold like this-- 32 on Friday, 25 on Sunday, 21 on Monday, 33 on Tuesday- but I feel semi-stunned still. And cat-me is still fretting at the unaccustomed everythings of Firefox. I want my Chrome back.
Haven't finished anything in the last week.
