Shopping on a Friday is still a bad idea

 I dunno, Fiesta. You close at 5 so you can do restocking, so why are there guys in every aisle at 3 pm doing restocking? 

This time there was a line-up where ten days ago there wasn't, but the guy patrolling told me seniors can go straight in. Which was nice, especially given how owie everything is today, but hardly seems fair. And what with guys restocking, guys doing shop orders, and regular customers idling while they scan the shelves, social distancing remains difficult there. OTOH it was deserted Loblaws that had a case of Covid and had to close for a couple of days, so there's no calling this one.

Actually, to move the discussion here from Facebook - perhaps I should make and send you a couple of masks now, if there's to be any hope of them getting to you by summer.

Any preferences as to colour? (I make them with bias tape ties rather than elastic-behind-the-ears.)

Thank you. That's lovely, especially the ties. Any colour is good except maybe black or brown.

Is there something I can send you in return? Maple sugar is all we have locally but maybe something off the net?

I have some nice fabric in pink... do you prefer wider-and-softer ties, or narrower-and-slightly-harsher ones? I have two different types of bias tape to hand.

I appreciate the thought, but honestly I can't think of anything to ask for at the moment. If I can, I will ask.

Wider and softer work best for me, and pink sounds lovely.

I suppose you already knew that thete's a vol 6 in the Craft series, that I somehow missed when it came out three years ago?
