Peak couch potatodom achieved, thanks partly to wildfires and mostly to a new masseur yesterday. Who did, give him credit, unkink the back muscles but then worked on my bad knee to the extent that it seized up for hours and I couldn't put weight on it. Iced it, bandaged it, and despaired enough to order gin from Uber Eats for this morning. Uber Eats doesn't charge for delivery, which is nice because all the other services do, big time. So I tipped moderately through the app and heavily in person once I'd ascertained that the air outside was unbreathable. And have been pleasantly tiddly all day in consequence.
