Might as well get used to these occasional bouts of bodily hysteria. Woke up with my back in spasm and every joint screaming. Stretched and medicated and when that didn't work, gritted teeth and went out for sushi, which involves walking a long subway stop over. Back eventually shut up but the bad knee is still bad. And I observe that favouring that knee on the stairs has led to the right quads being much less strong than the left. I have acupuncture on Tuesday which might debloat me enough to go back to that standing on one leg thing. For certain, the meds don't work for it.

Mayoral election tomorrow and rain forecast all day, intrrspersed with thunderstorms. Also is at the neighbouring school which takes up a whole block, and the last time this happened I seem to recall walking, or rather limping, around three sides of the thing trying to find the right entrance. I hope the signage is better this time. My favoured candidate is also the front runner, so I shall hope foor a good outcome.
