The roaring of summer lawns

Tenant next door was mowing the backyard grass, which with the warmth and somehow the sound of his five year old running up and down the hallways, made for a very nostalgic lie-in. Though it's odd I should hear him since there's the width of the stairwells between my upper hall and his. 

Googling about suggests that elbow arthritis is usually rheumatoid, which is oh goody. I assumed my deformed fingers were rheumatoid, except that it's supposed to be symmetrical, and the fingers of my left hand are just fine. There's no cure for it anyway, so I won't fret. But it's a nuisance.
