Friday, September 4th, 2015 08:20 pmIt's so nice to have a clean house. Why don't I clean more often? I do it for guests, no problem, but for me-- enh, can't be arsed.
Agreed, it's hot and sticky and cleaning is less than fun under those circs, but I feel the same way in winter. Also, THERE IS NO END TO DUST. I'd have to vacuum and polish every day to be without those little grey balls. (Goes with open windows, I know, but then again, winter...) If I win the lottery I'm buying a gigantic dust filter for the house and running it 24/7-- because even my bedroom air filter allows dust to accumulate if I only run it at night.
No, if I won the lottery I'm hiring a twice weekly cleaning woman. Only cleaning women can beat THE DUST.
