Friday, February 13th, 2015 11:20 pmWith exquisite timing, on a bright -21C (windchill -30C) February morning, I find
mvrdrk's double-felted mittens waiting in my postbox. They work, is all I need say. No need of double-bagging. And am of course terrified that I'll drop one somewhere, as I have twice dropped one of the grey mitts; but it's a colour that's likely to stand out against the wintry landscape if I do. Also I should be able to feel that a pocket lacks the proper bulk: double bagging leads to a belief that a mitten is present when all that reveals itself is the companion glove.
So thank you,
mvrdrk. They are *very* much appreciated, especially in the arctic air set to return tomorrow night.
