Apocalypsosis continues unabated, climaxing with my front step breaking, again, after I paid several hundred dollars to have it cemented back in place last fall. I think the guy did a lousy job but am willing to admit that the winter's supply of salt might have contributed to the problem. Apocalypsosis then lifts suddenly on discovery of my certificates from language school in Japan, for reasons which would be tedious to relate but which have to do with those government inanities I mentioned the other day.
