Summer returns. Grey, mug. Ac for the next few days.
Physiotherapist calms my antsies by telling me 'when a knee becomes badly inflamed as yours was (for three whole months) the muscles around it weaken, especially the quads.' So yes, walking a few blocks will hurt, and my leg feels weak because it is. Therefore must do exercises.
Ah yes. Knew there was a rub in there.
