Two out of three ain't bad
Blood draw accomplished and the elevator at the lab was letussay smoother and less clunky than its wont. So am set for another three months. And as ever, at 10:30 the place was empty so indeed, no need to flog me down there at 9 a.m.
Being up at a retiree's definition of early, I debated getting a wash on the line. But the day was sun and cloud and my leg is still not happy, so deferred it until tomorrow when the day's traipsing may have unloosened things and the sun is supposed to shine all day. Took towels and sheets and various things I want to wash in hot to the laundromat instead.
Then settled into couch potatodom for a bit except the linty carpet began to get on my nerves. So I have just finished vacuuming the downstairs and swiftering the parquet and boy howdy does my back not like that at all. Also the hose of the Dirt Devil somehow came loose and I spent a frustrating five minutes with my phone flashlight and my father's mantra Form follows function trying to figure out how it came out and how to assure it doesn't do it again. But it's back and I finished vacuuming the kitchen. Kitchen floor will have to wait for another occasion because I am knackered.
