Nice enough day, meaning not too hot. Went out in tshirt and did not die. Didn't in fact do much because the museum, where I'd half thought of going before next week's humidity, has closed the Asian galleries for the duration, which are the only ones I'd want to see.
Yesterday got to library to pick up holds and then hoofed it back home as dark clouds rolled in. For some reason my phone's app registers hoofing it as cardiovascular activity and gives me heart points, which it never does if I'm just walking briskly with the walker. And if I'm holding my phone or have it in my breast pocket, it doesn’t even register my steps. Trouser pocket or nothing. Made the mistake of going out in drawstring pants, which a phone will drag down my hips-- drawstrings never stay drawn, lord knows why-- so I reckon I walked a thousand more steps than what's shown. But must make it over to the seamstress on Spadina to have her put elastic in.
Swapped out my feather duvet for the polyester summer one, that somehow doesn't keep me warm in the fans and AC. It should but it doesn’t. And of course the feather duvet is too warm when I'm using just fans alone. Swapping back and forth isn't an option, given the state of my elbows these days. Ah well. Very first world problem.
