I think that damnable Baker's cyst is back because something at the back of my knee hurts like a mofo and sets everything else off, every muscle and tendon in my right leg gone to concrete. Monday's acupuncture accomplished nothing; Wednesday's with the physio made all the owies go away for a day and a half, only to have them come roaring back today. Have iced everything and now will go put heat on the rest of the leg. Having waterlogged joints doesn't help, of course. Googling says there's nothing to be done for cysts except rest, ice, and compression, but have gone back to my gout meds for the duration.
