I use a banking app for my Royal account because there are no accessible branches nearby. But now they want me to verify that I am me. You can do this in person-- no-- or via our other app, which download from Google Play. No, because 'this app is not blahblah for your device.' OK, try the upstairs tablet. Upstairs tablet denies the existence of any such app. Go to my banking app, log in, get the 'verify your identity' message with the Google Play link, click, 'this app is not blahblah' again. Read the reviews. The app will not work with Android tablets, period. Android phones, yes. Now I don't keep the login on my phone filled out, though of course it's there with my Chrome bookmarks. But shou ga nai, fill in the required info and wait for the prompt. And this time my account loads no problem.
