Not dead, just losing track of the trackless days. Rain finally stopped, I finally got out, walking is still difficult esp after being sofa-bound for however long it was. The expected heat wave for tomorrow (high 14C) made a noise like a hoop and rolled away, so we're back to above freezing but not that much. However the rain is supposed to be back tomorrow when I have two appointments. Cancelled the first by leaving a message cause the chiro is on vacation till the 3rd, but that may not be considered notice enough. Both would be eminently doable if I could rely on cabs but my cab company hasn't been at all reliable and the other big one lost me when they failed to show. After 30 minutes I called them again and was told that the driver had already picked me up. This does not induce confidence. However. All may yet be well.
