End of August swollen mug. Wish I could sit in a hot bath again. Attempted getting down on the floor to do exercises, got one knee bent, abandoned project while I could still get up.

Consoled myself with first in five months fast food, a chicken sandwich from KFC. Went down a fair treat. Hot protein and soft bread. Yum.

Yeah, I'm also finding it harder to get down to the floor and get back up again. I imagine sooner or later I'll be like the 6 months olds, creeping around on all fours.

Indeed! I had always attributed it to lack of other intellectual stimulation, but it's not, it's becomes a pervasive part of one's life.
