Hot. Chipped a front tooth. Chronic spasmodic cough is not my sinuses, says the specialist. Must look at lungs next. Asthma, presumably. Sinuses still hurt. So do knees, unexpectedly.

Ah well, is still the turning season of the year. Better eventually.
