Vaguely light-headed, hot-cold, headachey and unbalanced at work today; and the clincher, in a vile murderous mood. I'm guessing this is the virus going round and I was right to pass up the evening's seminar on Pema Chodron. Didn't need to go for a forty minute walk instead except I sort of did: have missed the centering that walking does. But now shall take myself into hot bath and, if these prodigious yawns are anything to go by, to an early bed.
