Dread September

One new baby a week for six weeks. Of the last four, three were cheerful and one is finally getting used to us. This week's is a mere four months, and we'd assumed a happy I-love-you-human-face average. No. Doesn't like bottles, sleeps twenty minutes at a time, and cries in between, at which all the others cry as well.

Oh come swiftly...

Ugh! LJ... I tried to post comment last night but it was going weird things ... anyway I was going to say ... my girl spoilt me by being one of those that slept for two hours at a strecth, but my boy ... yup sounds like that last baby up there...I was a zombie mostly on autupilot until he was nearly two ... sympathies for his carers.

Thank god those days are over, I'm sure.

We discover that Baby likes the bouncy chair and will doze happily in same, or observe the world going by, quite content. Alas, the other children who ignored him when he was flat on his back (and protesting) are *entranced* by a baby in a bouncy chair. Ah well. It's only his second day...
