(surprised) Cute? Really? I have no cute-o-meter -one can't afford one, in my chosen line of work- but I'm glad to know that it is.

The youkai beasts- not youkai- that you see the army going after in the manga look rather like tyrannosaurus rexes tyrannosauri reges dinosaurs, so one can see how the confusion would arise. Even if they saw it in daylight, they might only think 'Sheesh, a *winged* dinosaur. (With red eyes. Ohhhh shit....')

Hee! I haven't been online much of late, but I am terribly pleased that there has been a lot of Finished going around in my absence, because some people are generally also Good when Finished. This was very amusing and cute, as they said. I liked. ^_^
