Doctor asked me if I'd had any falls and I happily assured him I hadn't. Guess what pride goes before? I think it was a trip stumble going up the stairs from the basement and I landed on the floor at the top. But think I pulled a muscle at the back of my leg because it twinges something fierce unless I'm using the rollator. Have applied heat and relaxants and have physio tomorrow. But my clothes will just have to mould in the washer until I'm steadier on my feet.

And I was so smug about never falling. Actually I was smug about walking up the stairs step-step-step but if I'd done it my usual way, I wouldn't have tripped.
