The catscan went ok, aside from my first cab driver turning left when he should have turned right and preparing to take me up Christie instead of down Bathurst, and my return cabbie not having room for my walker in his trunk and having to put it in the back with me. Diamond assures me that they have 'collapsible walker' noted on my record, but maybe I should ask them to add 'tall' to that. It will be worse if I ever get an upright one, but I doubt I'd take that in a cab.
Catscans are a doddle compared to MRIs, with no tube, just a City on the Edge of Forever donut. And they took me first of my group, possibly because a simple unfractured elbow is easier to do than what the other two guys had, which seemed to be indeed a fractured elbow and a somethinged ankle. So I was in and out in less than fifteen minutes. But now I'm wiped for some reason and thinking about hot showers and bed.
