Post gardening fallout gets more ferocious with age. Well, no, it gets different. I can't quite say exactly what hurt after yesterday's slash and bag: not arms or legs or the usual, just sort of everything. And knee, of course.
That, and vodka coolers and heat, kept me indoors and on the sofa all day, which I shouldn't be. But too bad. J'y suis, j'y reste. Physio/ acupuncture tomorrow, also marginally cooler temps. Shall fight the urge to use the window AC tonight but after today night temps should return to window fan friendly.
