Not going below 10C/50F tonight, but rottit I'm *cold*. Still won't turn the thermostat up. It's at 15 right now but the thermometer part insists it's 22 inside. It isn't. 22 is stiflingly hot. I'm sure I need a new thermostat but a) they cost and b) they'll try to sell me a programmable one. We had those at work and they were an utter pain. True, they were a pain because the university programmed them and the things developed fits when we tried to adjust the temperature to the weather. I don't care if I'll be the programmer. I want a thermostat I can adjust manually.
My new lens and my new reading glasses aren't what I'd hoped. Though the trouble might be the disappearance of 150 watt bulbs. There's never enough light, upstairs or down. But when I read 'bored forests' for 'boreal forests', something's got to give.
Also have filling sinuses (allergies) and the usual toothache in the no longer existing tooth because of them. Ah well. Can go to bed soon, bed being the place I most want to be these days.

Truly. Maybe my memory is selective but I don't remember the last two Aprils being quite this bad. And I wasn't even masking in 2020.
Your package went off today, in time for the Easter shutdown. Sent it airmail and Canada Post in their 'let's not be hasty here' fashion thinks you might get it in two to three weeks. Here's hoping.
