Woken by the usual 7 am work crisis. Resolved same after work opened at 8. Now yawning head off, want to take anti-histamine for spasmodic cough from dripping sinuses, want to take muscle relaxant for aching shoulders, dare not take either for fear of dropping something/one when I actually start work at 11:30.

At least I don't need an emergency root canal, unlike the person who called at 7.
